Challenge

Game Day on Tap is a small, Dallas–Fort Worth-based eCommerce platform offering customizable mini rigs for sports fans. The brand faced challenges with inconsistent visuals, a weak online presence, and limited ability to engage its audience.

Key Issues

Inconsistent Visual Identity - The site’s visuals did not align with the brand’s personality, leading to a disjointed and forgettable user experience.

eCommerce Flow Gaps - Beyond aesthetics, the site’s purchase journey needed structural improvements to enhance usability and conversions.

Market Positioning & Audience Engagement
Analysis
This project was mainly focused on branding. The goal was to give Game Day on Tap a stronger identity and create a digital experience that felt more cohesive and memorable. The research helped understand how people emotionally connect with the brand and what makes them decide to buy.

Research & Insights
The Solution

The redesigned experience brought consistency to the visuals, tone, and product presentation. It introduced clear product photos, simple customization steps, and a fun, energetic brand voice that reflects the spirit of sports and community.

The final handoff included:

  • A refined typography system to maintain visual consistency.

  • A mini brand book outlining logo usage, color palette, and tone guidelines.

  • A set of “do’s and don’ts” for future content and visual updates.

  • All supporting website assets and layout files prepared for smooth implementation.

PS: After the website launch, some visuals or layouts may appear different from the original design.
